We joined The Navigators staff at different times-Cornelius in 2007 and Ruth in 2011-and have since served together as Navigator missionaries in Nairobi, Mombasa, and currently in Embu, Kenya.
We are passionate about discipling and mentoring young people, helping them grow in their walk with God and live out their faith in every area of life. Our ministry has included both students’ work-primarily among university students-and marketplace ministry, where we come alongside graduates and young professionals who desire to follow Christ in their workplaces and communities.
Since relocating to Embu in May 2019, we have enjoyed God’s grace and goodness as we continue to serve. We are trusting God for a vibrant and multiplying ministry among students and young professionals, one that is deeply rooted in His Word.
Our greatest joy comes from walking alongside others and witnessing God at work in their lives-transforming them into the image and character of Christ and making them beacons of hope and light wherever He plants them.
We are trusting God for a generation of young men and women whose hearts burn with a passion for Christ and compassion for the lost. We desire to see committed young men and women who are yearning for a deep and vibrant walk with God and are committed to knowing Christ deeply, faithfully making Him known and helping others do the same, both in their context and cross culturally. We long to see workers for the Kingdom of God next door to everywhere.
In addition to our local ministry, we also serve on The Navigators’ National Leadership Team, where we have the privilege of leading and championing prayer for the work across Kenya. We believe that lasting Kingdom impact begins and is sustained through prayer.
